 SERVER ENGINEER  Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via e-mail/chat/web and phone.  Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.  Advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions and Accountable to own customer experience detractors (Technical support /Sales/Support site/ EMF/PG/Telecom etc.,) & adapt a CLCA approach to limit such challenges going forward  Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution and involve in revenue generation activities with current Dell customers.  Review and distribute pertinent cross-functional information (e.g., Sales, Technical account managers, Field Services, Customer Care, External Vendors, etc.). Essential Requirements:  2 to 5 Years of overall Technical support Experience or 2+ years of Experience in Server/Storage Domain  Primary Skills: A+, N+ Server + certifications  Expected to substantially contribute to Oracle knowledge base focused to drive Ri1  Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients, senior level personnel, team members, and support staff  Ability to work independently without direct supervision and Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
