Solvaphile is hiring part-time SMEs for K-12 and College level Mathematics question solving project. SMEs will be working on a 3-month contract. The duration of payment will be decided by the SME as per the options mentioned under “Compensation” section. The criteria MUST be fulfilled for full payment. The head-office will be open from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. daily. Criteria: • 70 questions daily for 3 months. • Unplagiarized content. • Reworks less than 5%. • Incentives and/or rewards on target completion and over achievement. Timing: • Total number of questions will be counted every day at 10:00 PM. Payment and deductions will be calculated on a daily basis on this count. • SMEs will work on their own schedule and focus on target completion within this time period. Role: • SME will need to cooperate with the respective Quality Analyst as they will be allotted questions by the QA. • SME will need to provide valid solutions for 70 questions daily. (Timings as decided by the SME as per the “Timing” section) • SME needs to check and remove plagiarism in solution if any. • SME will follow all guidelines as provided by the company. • SME will need to complete reworks to be eligible to get new questions. Note: SME might face deductions in case criteria is not fulfilled. SME must apply only if he/she can provide at least 9 hours daily.
