L1 Tech Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload radio jingles, announcements, and audio files to the assigned systems for various railway stations across PAN India.
• Ensure timely and error-free updates of all audio content as per schedules received from the operations team.
• Coordinate daily with station staff, internal teams, and field employees to confirm successful uploads and resolve basic technical issues.
• Handle simple troubleshooting like file access issues, folder structure errors, basic system glitches, and escalate if needed.
• Maintain basic records of uploads, confirmations, and pending tasks.
• Support day-to-day communication between the operations team and field teams for smoother execution.
