Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, handling audits, and supporting management with financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense reports.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper documentation of records.

Suggest improvements in financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CA, CMA, CPA preferred).

Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
