Software Demo Executive

We are hiring a Software Demo Executive for Medexra Rx Pharmacy Software.

Candidate’s main work will be to give online software demos to interested pharmacy/medical store owners through AnyDesk, video call, Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp call.

Responsibilities:

• Give live demo of our pharmacy software on AnyDesk or video call
• Show all important features like billing, stock management, expiry alerts, purchase, customer due, reports, barcode billing and WhatsApp invoice
• Explain the software in simple Hindi/Marathi
• Answer customer questions during the demo
• Guide interested customers on screen for plan selection and purchase/payment process
• Follow up with demo customers and help convert them into paid customers
• Coordinate with owner/team for final closing

Important:

This is not a random cold calling job. Candidate will mainly handle interested leads and demo requests. Full software training and demo script will be provided by the company.

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidate must have their own laptop or computer/PC with internet connection for screen sharing and software demo work. Candidates without laptop/computer/PC should not apply.

Requirements:

• Good Hindi communication required
• Marathi communication preferred
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Confidence to talk with customers on video call or screen sharing
• Software demo/customer support/sales experience preferred
• Freshers can apply if they are confident
• Training will be provided

Salary & Incentive:

Fixed salary will be provided monthly.

Incentive will be applicable only after completing the monthly target of 50+ successful demo/follow-up activities or paid customer conversions as decided by the company.

Incentive is performance-based and will not be paid if the monthly target is not completed.
