Job Description
A real estate sales manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth • Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities • Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings • Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches • Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale • Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth • Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients Salary- 12-15 LPA
