Job Description : About the Role

• Responsible for IT software field sales (CRM, GPS-based attendance, automation tools).
• Focus on client acquisition, field visits, demos, and revenue generation.
• Manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Key Responsibilities Sell GPS-based field automation, attendance software & CRM solutions.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, demos & presentations.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build & maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts & CRM updates accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for leads, product understanding & campaigns.
• Submit daily field activity reports on time.

• Requirements
• Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT Field Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
• Good knowledge of IT software products & B2B sales cycle.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Bike & smartphone mandatory for field operations.
• Ability to work independently and handle territory sales.
