Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, operate, and optimize chemical processing equipment and systems.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to industry safety standards.
- Conduct lab testing, quality checks, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
- Prepare and maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring process accuracy.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams for process improvements.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines.
- Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of chemical processes, laboratory testing, and safety protocols.
- Ability to identify root causes and solve technical problems.
- Knowledge of reactors, mixers, filtration systems, and purification processes.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in field environments when needed.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Additional RequirementsHeight 5’8” or above (mandatory).
- Must give daily attendance and maintain discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel or visit field sites if required.
