Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator / Office Executive to manage daily office operations including data entry, billing, basic accounting, email communication, tele-calling follow-ups, and basic cash handling.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter accurate account details into billing software
• Operate computer systems efficiently and manage internet-based tasks
• Draft and send emails for follow-ups with clients and vendors
• Perform tele-calling for follow-ups and basic coordination
• Handle cash collection and maintain basic records
• Maintain and update customer and transaction databases
• Support daily administrative tasks as assigned
• Requirements:Age between 20 to 30 years
• Must reside within a 10 km radius of Khordai Market, Arjun Ganj
• Minimum qualification: Basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate billing software
• Ability to connect to the internet and use email applications
• Basic knowledge of English (reading and writing)
• Prior experience in office work or data entry is preferred
• Responsible and punctual with good communication skills
• 2-day trial at office location is mandatory

• Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Residential facility can be discussed if required
