Job Description
The Customer & Vendor Support Executive is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and vendors, resolving their queries, updating information in the CRM, and ensuring smooth communication for timely issue resolution.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and messages from customers and vendors.
- Understand issues and provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions.
- Update and tag all queries, calls, and case details in the CRM system.
- Track and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain daily reports of queries, resolutions, and escalations.
- Follow company processes while maintaining quality and TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Required Skills:Strong communication skills ( Hindi).
- Good problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Ability to stay calm and professional during customer interactions.
