Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Customer Calls: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.


2. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.


3. Provide Product/Service Information: Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.


4. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner.


5. Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) software.


6. Meet Productivity and Quality Standards: Meet productivity and quality standards, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
