Job Profile: Customer Support Executive We are looking for passionate CSE who will use their comprehensive knowledge of EduGorilla platform and expertise to provide guidance and support to our customers via phone, email, and other channels as required. You will be an important member of Customer Success team with end-to-end knowledge of our core product. Responsibilities: • Resolving product usage and technical queries of clients • Coordinate with the Technology & content Team to resolve technological & content related fixes • Ensuring prompt and correct response to all client queries in a timely manner • Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience • Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform. Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • problem-solving approach • Patient and active listener • Strong organization and presentation skills • Should have B.Tech. background as it requires good amount of Technical know how.
