Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion & Marketing- Promoting & marketing the product through Canopy activities, marketing campaigns
  • Door-to-Door Sales: Engage in direct sales efforts by visiting potential customers at their homes or offices to present the company’s real estate offerings.
  • Customer Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing information about the properties, answering their queries, and assisting them throughout the buying process.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, field visits, and networking.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive efforts in selling and promoting properties.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to provide insights to the management.
