Key Requirement: Must have experience in PF & ESIC

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle PF & ESIC registrations, monthly filings, and claims.
• Maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Support payroll by providing attendance & statutory inputs.
• Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.).
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
• Solve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and HR policies.
• Ensure statutory compliance and HR reporting.
• 🧑‍💼 Requirements1–6 years of HR experience.
• Mandatory experience in PF & ESIC.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
