Job Description – HR Manager
Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Director
Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and effective workforce management. This role involves strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, policy implementation, and building a positive work culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
- Create and implement hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and finalize selections.
- 2. Onboarding & Induction
- Oversee new employee joining formalities.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- 3. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Address grievances fairly and maintain a positive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
- 5. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory registers.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.
- 6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies as required.
- Handle disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation.
- 7. Payroll
- CoordinationCoordinate with accounts/finance for timely payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, etc.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and reporting tools.
