Job Description Job Responsibilities: 1. Will Be Responsible For All The Customer Care Related Activities 2. Handle Customer Complaints, In Bound Calls, Outbound Calls, Or Chat Process 3. Maintain Proper Quality Standards On Call Or Chat. 4. Working On CRM And Managing The Reports. 5. Any Other Activities Assigned By The Management. Process Information: 1. Process: Ecommerce 2. Profile: Inbound/Outbound/Chat Customer Care Executive 3. PayDay: 10th Of Every Month 4. Payout Cycle: 1st -31st Of Every Month. 5. Rotational Shift With Rotational Weeks Off (6 Days Working) 6. The Roster Is Created By The Management, And Fixed Off Is Not Provided. 7. We Do Not Offer Sunday’s Off 8. Shift Timing: 9 Hrs Shifts (12 Pm To 9 Pm Or 10 Am To 7 Pm) 9. Bond Of Minimum 6 Months To Be Signed. 10. Need To Sign “Work From Home Agreement” 11. Next Batch 16th Sept 2021 Since Its A Work From Home Profile, Please Read The Mandatory Information Below: Mandatory Information: 1. Laptop/Desktop Is Mandatory With Power Back Up 2. Wifi Or Broadband Is Compulsory. 3. Andriod Or Apple Phones Are A Must. 4. We Will Conduct An Assessment And Mock Call After The Training. Clearing Both Is Very Important To Continue Further. 5. Training Is Included In Joining. 6. If Any Employees Decide To Leave Within The Training Period, The Company Is Not Entitled To Pay.
