Manager – Fraud Investigation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for Implementation of security and loss prevention process, procedures and guidelines across AOR. 2. Risk Assessment of Supply Chain Installations for Shipments and cash safety with mitigation plan by physical security and security automation system (CCTV, alarms system). 3. Capable of filing FIR / Police Complaints on theft and fraud cases and interacting with other regulatory authorities as and when required. 4. Good knowledge of CCTV, Alarms systems and fire safety equipment and procedures and investigation process. 5. Carried out regular security audits for effective control on pilferage, theft and fraudulent activities at Supply Chain Installations and in transit. 6. Monitoring of losses at Supply Chain Installations, vendors and customers level with good data analytical skills and counter measures to streamline the gaps. 7. Respond to security crisis situations to protect life, prevent damage to company’s assets and company’s brand reputation. 8. Conduct regular training for security guards, operation staff (on roll and vendor staff) at Supply Chain Installations for best security practices and safety. 9. Willing for regular travel for security audits/investigation and assisting business for smooth operation.
