Job Description
The BIG Hotel Store (TBHS) is looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage the overall operations of our stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day factory operations and administration.
Plan and monitor production schedules.
Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, polishing, and dispatch.
Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
Manage manpower, factory discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with design, projects, purchase, and installation teams.
Understand commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing requirements.
Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage.
Required Skills
AutoCAD proficiency.
Knowledge of SolidWorks.
Experience with laser cutting and nesting.
Ability to read fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
Good understanding of stainless steel fabrication processes.
Experience
5+ years of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, stainless steel manufacturing, or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
Experience in handling factory operations and production teams.
