Hiring for Many Cities PAN INDIA The key objectives of this role will to :- 1) Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS 2) Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition 3) Track performance of the team of City Managers 4) Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities 5) Audit the acquisition done by the team through telecalling and QC team, take action accordingly 6) Ensure marketing collaterals are provided to the City managers for successful launch. 7) Ensure data visibility to the CIty Managers on their team's performance 8) Ensure that LSQ data is updated everyday and that activities are on track as per plan 9) Coordinate with logistics/sourcing/network design/TA & HR team for smooth operations What we are looking for: A strong problem solver with first principle thinking, ready to get hands dirty while leading large teams, someone who eats, sleeps and breathes ownership and is looking forward to being in an extremely high impact role. Potential Backgrounds: 1) Should have managed a team 2) Good understanding of sales management systems and processes 3) Capable of identifying problems 4) Sales metrics understanding, capable of reviewing & tracking performance 5) Good understanding of driving outcomes from field team 6) Good understanding of Tier 2-3 cities grocery-kirana-convenience stores 7) Should have a result-oriented, execution focussed bent of mind 8) Start-up experience is preferred
