Major responsibilities for the role are: Conducting customer research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through pitching, networking and social media Scheduling meetings and display sessions with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Arranging WhatsApp/Instagram short videos/broadcasts to introduce new products to our customers Responsibilities: Exceptional demonstrative skills to display our dresses and designs making them stand out in the market Thoroughly identify and understand our clients to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through pitching, networking and all social media tools Scheduling meetings nd display sessions with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on dresses, accessories, garments, products and services Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the organization in exhibitions or sales Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints, feedbacks or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar relevant role Proficiency in English/Hindi Excellent knowledge of Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram Hands-on experience with upselling and product display is a must Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Initiative driven person to model and showcase our dresses/designs Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Highly presentable, good looking, well groomed with high standards of personal hygiene Excellent communications skills with a pleasing and welcoming smile High school degree
