Job Description
Designation : Sales Development Manager
• Drive sales by effectively converting company-generated leads and walk-in customers through consultative selling.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification, product explanation, documentation, to final closure—ensuring a smooth customer experience at every stage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups, need-based pitching, and continuous support.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market and implement strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile :
• Education : Any Graduate With Good Communication
• Experience : Must 1 YRS of Any Banking / Finance / Insurance
• Age : 22 to 32 YRS (Fresher's can't apply)
