Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and technically strong Sales Engineer who can understand customer requirements, recommend the right automation solutions, and close deals. The ideal candidate should possess both technical depth and sales acumen to grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities across industrial segments.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads, cold call, visit customers, and build a strong pipeline.
2. Customer Interaction & Solution Selling
Understand customer requirements in VFDs, PLCs, motors, automation, and control systems.
Select and recommend Schneider/Siemens/VFD models as per application.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
3. Quoting & Negotiation
Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical offers.
Negotiate pricing while maintaining company margins.
Follow-up aggressively to convert inquiries into orders.
4. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, delivery, and after-sales support.
Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Maintain CRM data, daily reports, and visit logs.
5. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with OEMs, end users, consultants, and channel partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
Good knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, control panels, industrial automation, and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical drawings, understand loads, motors, harmonics, and applications.
Sales Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
High confidence in customer-facing roles.
Personal Attributes
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Ability to work independently with ownership.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
