Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in electrical and automation products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive growth in industrial automation, control systems, and electrical equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical and automation sector.
  • Visit clients, consultants, and contractors to present company products and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Marketing:
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business forecasting.
