Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies that promote our real estate services and properties across various platforms. Your main objective will be to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility through strategic campaigns on digital and social media channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and leads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content and driving audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Design, write, and edit creative content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts, that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
  • SEO and SEM: Develop and execute strategies to improve search engine rankings and maximize website traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate qualified leads.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential buyers and investors.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion rates. Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital strategies align with sales objectives.
  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct regular research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various platforms and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Certification in digital marketing or social media is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing).
  • Proficient in social media platforms, with a deep understanding of content optimization for each platform.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
