Job Title: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients/customers.

Promote company products/services and generate leads.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.

Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions.

Meet or exceed performance targets for calls, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Update and manage customer databases with accurate contact information.

Follow up with leads and customers as required.

Requirements:

Freshers or experienced.

Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages like e.g., Hindi, English, or regional languages]

Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales or services

Basic computer knowledge

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

A positive attitude and team player
