Job Description : ● take follow-up of Pre-Qualified Clients. ● Convince clients for the Assessment ● Book Appointments of clients for BDM post-assessment. ● Need to achieve sales target for events and seminars. ● Need to make or receive a minimum of 70 plus calls/day through various platforms with the desirable outcomes which includes Cold Calling. ● Are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients. ● Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. ● Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. ● Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. ● Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. ● Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. ● Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. ● Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. ● Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies. ● Assist BDM’s to achieve sales targets, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. ● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. ● Identify new business opportunities and partners. ● Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Skill sets required: Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati Pleasing personality High on energy and confidence level Go-getter attitude Basic knowledge of computers Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills Desired Candidate Profile : Any graduate candidate having 2-4 years of experience
