Job Description:

Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for sales? Do you have the zeal to build strong relationships and close deals? If so, we want you to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our expansion in North India.


                               Key Responsibilities:


Franchise Development: 

Meet with potential franchisees and present Saviour Education Abroad's compelling value proposition.

Close franchise deals with high conversion rates using leads provided by the company.

Continuously follow up on leads and drive them to successful completion.


Network Expansion: 

Develop and maintain robust relationships with tuition teachers and coaching centers in Dehradun.

Actively promote Saviour Education Abroad's offerings and benefits to educational professionals.

Organise and conduct meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen our local presence.


Market Strategy Execution:

Implement proven strategies from our successful Chennai campaign to achieve similar success in Dehradun.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies as needed.

Travel extensively across North India to explore and develop new business opportunities.


                                Qualifications:


MBA preferred.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

A proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
