Job Title: Staff Nurse (Project-Based Role)

Location: HMEL’s Guru Gobind Singh Refinery, Bathinda, Punjab

Project Duration: 1 Month (Starting from 7th Nov)

Salary: ₹ 28,000 (In-hand)

Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shifts (1 Weekly Off)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and medical support to employees and staff at the refinery site.
• Assist in handling first aid, emergencies, and occupational health cases as per site protocols.
• Maintain patient records, treatment logs, and daily medical reports.
• Coordinate with doctors and paramedical teams for smooth healthcare operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
• Support periodic health checkups, medical camps, and wellness activities if required.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance guidelines at the worksite.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (must be registered with the Nursing Council).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (industrial or OHC experience preferred).
• Willingness to work in rotational 12-hour shifts.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
