Production / Manufacturing Head (Garments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process from cutting to finishing, ensuring timely and quality output.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production targets to meet delivery timelines.

• Manage production teams, supervisors, operators, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

• Implement cost-control measures and minimize wastage in fabric, trims, and manpower.

• Ensure quality standards at every stage and resolve production issues quickly.

• Coordinate closely with merchandising, sampling, and QC teams for approvals and production flow.

• Monitor machine performance, manpower allocation, and overall productivity.

• Maintain production reports, efficiency records, and daily MIS for management review.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflow, and output efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes (knits/woven as applicable).

• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced production lines.

• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement capabilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in production planning, line balancing, and reporting.

Education: Diploma/Graduate in Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field (preferred)
