Job Description
- Source and procure raw materials, trims, accessories, and other required items as per company requirements.
- Identify reliable suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Create purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, bills, GRNs, and documentation for audit and workflow purposes.
- Coordinate with Store, Production, Merchandising, and Accounts departments for smooth supply-chain operations.
- Track inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery commitment.
- Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, quality concerns, or mismatched invoices.
- Maintain updated vendor lists, rate sheets, and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cost-control measures.
