Cafe Manager

The F&B Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth daily functioning, excellent customer service, team management, and achievement of sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
• Manage and supervise staff (Baristas, Service Staff, Kitchen Team)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain inventory control, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance and efficiency
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations and reporting
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in F&B / Café / Restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
