3. Daily EB Reading taken and consumption calculate per day unit

4. 500KVA Transformer oil level .oil temperture ,primary and secondary coil temperature and silica gel condition ,OLTC tapping checkup

5. Boiler Area General checkup

6. ETP Area General Checkup

7. Milk and Curd ,Blast room and Incubation cold rooms are checkup

8. Plant inside milk plant and Homogenizer and cream separator and cream pasteurizer and silos and packing machine and curd plant area general checkup

9. Cooling Tower Water level checkup and fan Condition ,pump bearing noise checkup

10. KCX2 Compressor running time oil level suction ,discharge ,oil pressure checkup and every one hour monitoring

11. IBT tank temperature maintain below 2 ` C and one hour ones temperture checked

12. RMRD Reception time temperature monitor and Milk pump seal leakage and bearing noise checkup

13. Air compressor pressure monitoring and any abnormal noise checkup

14. Byproduct area general checkup
