Job Description
Admin Team Attend customer phone calls and respond to them Update the software systems with relevant information. Read emails and respond Coordinate with colleagues in Dubai (Service, Engineers, Drivers, Admin Team, Sales Team and Management) through phone, email and system to ensure service calls are coordinated and closed on time. Manage and maintain electronic files Send periodic reports to management. Alert management on any exceptions to the process. Send quotations and follow up with customer for approval of pending jobs. Create Purchase Orders, invoices, send price inquiry and maintain registers online as needed to ensure that spares and consumables required are procured at best prices and delivered on time.
