Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to counsel students/parents, and a passion for guiding learners in choosing the right educational programs.

✨ Key Responsibilities:-

Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.

• Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and career outcomes clearly and effectively.
• Counsel students to help them understand program suitability based on their goals and background.
• Follow up with prospective leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain daily counselling reports, follow-up tracker, and admission records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for demo classes, assessments, and documentation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and promotional events when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high conversion ratio.
