Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month + performance-based incentives + petrol allowance.

Base Location: Iyer Bungalow, Madurai

Reporting to: MD

Job brief

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our team of service apartment attendants and ensure we provide excellent customer service across all our service apartment properties spread throughout Madurai.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping Manager responsibility primarily is to ensure our guests have the best experience possible at our apartments during their stay specifically on all matters of cleanliness, service standards, hygiene and amenities availability. You will achieve this through a team of housekeeping supervisors and other housekeeping staff.

Your role will necessarily include organizing employee shifts, recruitment, training and motivating team members, hygiene and cleanliness policies, ensuring SOP adherence, managing customer service escalations, ensuring relevant health and safety compliances and amenities inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations, team management abilities, have a good control over cleanliness, be driven to achieve maximum customer feedback ratings.

Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.

Requirements and skills

Minimum 3 years Work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role

Excellent organizational and team management skills

Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for organizations such as hotels & resorts, hospitals, large corporate offices, commercial malls etc

Ability to use cleaning equipment and products

You will be travelling regularly between the properties checking on team and property so fitness handle the physical demands of the job is important

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Minimum High school diploma is a plus

Should have own vehicle and be willing to do occasional night shifts.

Industry Preferable: -Hospitality, Facility, Stay & Hospitality & Service sector.

Knowledge of house-keeping material ,quality of cleanliness.
