Providing Nursing Care (Nail care, Hair Care, Foot care, Mouth care and Room Maintenance) 6. Informed social worker / review with Physician if any changes in residents activities & progressing clinical symptoms 7. Attend the Doctor / Physician review & Follow instruction 8. Support residents hospitalization (IP / OP) 9. If any emergency following first aid like dressing and Suturing 10. To attend the meeting like unit level meeting PCM and Nurses training programme. 11. Following Room Rounds. 12. Following Routine test like blood test 13. Special care for co morbid residents ,Underweight &Over Weight Residents 14. Residents file Updation, Records Updating and Maintaining 15. Medicine collection at Ahana Pharmacy 16. Maintaining scheme records such as ( INPUT / OUTPUT ,Medicine stock note, BMI Note, Weekly Weight 17. Actual records such as Temperature note, General Medicine stock note, Daily care note, Menstrual Records Daily BP Note, Medicine file, Day report note, GH Medicine note & Issue note, Doctors review note.
