Job Summary Vasantham Traders is seeking an experienced and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure efficient stock management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate inventory availability.
• Manage inward and outward stock movements accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock requirements.
• Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and report accordingly.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the warehouse.
• Track stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory management software and update records regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in inventory or stock management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in trading or retail industries.
• Familiarity with ERP/Tally software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
