Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telecaller Executive to support our student outreach activities. The role involves contacting students and parents, inviting them to participate in scholarship examinations conducted by our marketing team, and converting interested candidates into direct walk-in visitors for counselling and admission-related discussions.
- Key Responsibilities:Contact students, parents, and leads through outbound calls.
- Explain the benefits of participating in scholarship examinations.
- Invite and register candidates for scholarship exam participation.
- Encourage candidates to collect their Participation Certificate.
- Convert interested leads into direct walk-ins to the branch.
- Follow up with candidates who have registered but not attended.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams for candidate tracking.
- Achieve daily calling and walk-in conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
