Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive the growth and expansion of the Tech2Tots platform across South India.

The selected candidate will initially focus on creating awareness and promoting Tech2Tots among daycare centers, preschools, activity centers, tuition providers, educational institutions, and parent communities. This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, sales capability, relationship-building skills, and market development expertise.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, conducting product demonstrations, explaining platform benefits, onboarding new service providers, and building strategic relationships that contribute to the rapid growth of the Tech2Tots ecosystem.

As the platform scales, the role will expand into broader business development activities, partnership management, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue generation initiatives.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, presenting innovative technology solutions, traveling extensively, and contributing directly to the growth of a high-potential digital platform.



Key Responsibilities

  • Tech2Tots Platform Growth & PromotionPromote and create awareness of the Tech2Tots platform across South India.
  • Meet with daycare owners, preschool operators, activity centers, tuition providers, and educational institutions to introduce the platform.
  • Explain the value proposition, features, and business benefits of Tech2Tots.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective partners.
  • Drive onboarding and registration of daycare centers and service providers onto the platform.
  • Build strategic partnerships that support platform growth and market penetration.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to help improve the platform experience.
  • Business Development & SalesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct lead qualification and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and partner satisfaction.
  • Partner Success & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications.
  • Address partner concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
  • Monitor partner engagement and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct research on market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze industry developments and recommend growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
  • Identify new geographical markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, partnerships, and sales activities.
  • Update CRM systems and internal databases regularly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.
  • Track progress against targets and business objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain technology solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development, sales, customer success, or partner management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Products, Marketplace Platforms, or IT Services.
  • Prior experience working with educational institutions, childcare providers, or service-based businesses.
  • Understanding of digital products, mobile applications, and online platforms.
  • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and business relationship management skills.

Travel Requirement


This role is open to candidates across South India and requires regular travel to cities and towns for business meetings, partner acquisition, platform promotion, events, and customer engagement activities.
