* Responsible for Divisional sales
* Deep understanding of the spices market and retail buying behaviour within the assigned division
* Manage and control credit-based sales
* Develop new retail counters and strengthen existing retailer network
* Conduct daily market visits, retailer follow-ups, order collection
* Ensure visibility, placement, and brand recall for Avdaan
* Achieve monthly sales targets aligned with the business plan
* Submit daily/weekly reports to management
* Travel within the division as required
