Area Officer

The Area Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily field operations, staff deployment, recruitment of guards and housekeeping staff, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role demands leadership, coordination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple client sites (security & housekeeping).

Ensure guards and staff are deployed as per schedule and in full uniform.

Recruit, source, and onboard new security guards, housekeeping, and manpower as per company needs.

Conduct regular site visits and night checks to ensure discipline and performance.

Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues on priority.

Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and deployment records.

Coordinate with HR and admin teams for documentation, ID cards, and salary inputs.

Ensure training and grooming standards are followed by all site staff.

Achieve monthly manpower targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations / manpower / housekeeping management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team-handling ability.

Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.

Ability to work flexible hours, including night rounds when required.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
