Job Description
- We are looking for a Barista for TGG Firehouse, a premium breakfast, brunch, grill, and steakhouse concept in Mangalore.
- The candidate should be able to prepare hot coffee, cold coffee, iced drinks, mocktails, shakes, and basic café beverages with consistent taste and presentation.
- The candidate should maintain the coffee and beverage station in a clean, organized, and hygienic manner.
- The candidate should follow recipes, control wastage, manage beverage ingredients, and keep track of basic stock requirements.
- The candidate should also be willing to support the service team as a server / pseudo-waiter whenever required.
- This may include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and handling basic customer requests during busy hours.
- The candidate should be polite, clean, fast, disciplined, customer-friendly, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or coffee shops is preferred, but trained freshers with a good attitude may also apply.
- Free meals, accommodation support if required, and performance incentives will be provided.
