Designation: Customer Support Executive (Male candidates only)

Location: Bejai Mangalore

Working Timings:  11am - 8pm

Salary: 15,000-25,000

Job description:

We are looking for Customer Support Executive. You will be the front-line representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and guarantee their overall satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prompt Customer Response: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- Order Management: Aid customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues they may encounter.

- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints effectively and offer suitable solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

- Documentation: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Documentation: Create and manage Excel reports and documents as required for smooth operations.

- Communication: Handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers.

These responsibilities are critical to maintaining excellent customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Required Skills: 

  • Min 1+ years in customer support in any industry
  • Must Know Kannada(Fluent Kannada)
  • Good communication 
  • Google sheet/Excel sheet/Basic technical skill
