OverviewWe are seeking an Educator who goes beyond conventional teaching — someone who inspires, nurtures character, and guides children in their personal and academic growth. An educator here is not a deliverer of content, but a cultivator of context — awakening curiosity, compassion, and clarity in every learner. You will help children connect with learning through projects, experiences, and meaningful dialogue.

• Key Responsibilities1. Academic Planning & DeliveryCo-create transdisciplinary, experiential, and inquiry-based learning journeys inspired by recognized educational frameworks (e.g., Cambridge, NCERT, NCF).
• Prioritize child readiness over textbook pacing while inviting diverse perspectives, stories, and real-life connections.
• Facilitate projects, provocations, and discussions that spark genuine curiosity and engagement.
• View each lesson as co-authoring a child’s worldview rather than simply delivering content.
• 2. Student Assessment & FeedbackDocument learning through portfolios, journals, peer reflections, and storytelling.
• Provide feedback that is constructive, respectful, and growth-oriented.
• Focus on progress and effort, not just outcomes — seeing assessment as dialogue rather than declaration.
• 3. Pastoral Support & MentorshipServe as a steady presence and mentor for learners, supporting their emotional, social, and academic journeys.
• Offer empathy and guidance during challenges and moments of discovery.
• Be engaged in community life beyond the classroom — in shared experiences and celebrations.
