Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment:
• Engage in outreach activities to attract prospective students to the institution. 
• Information Dissemination:
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities. 
• Application Assistance:
• Guide students through the application process, assisting them with completing forms and submitting required documents. 
• Application Evaluation:
• Review, verify, and evaluate applicant information and materials to assess qualifications. 
• Counseling and Guidance:
• Conduct interviews with prospective students, understand their goals, and provide career guidance. 
• Campus Tours and Events:
• Organize and lead campus tours, information sessions, and participate in college fairs and recruitment events. 
• Record Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and application progress in databases. 
• Collaboration:
• Work with other members of the admissions office, faculty, and staff to meet enrollment goals.
