Job Title: Customer Support Executive 

Location: Mohali, Punjab


Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for the domestic market. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers are essential. Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally

Resolve issues and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs


Qualifications:

Communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi, Basic English

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Prior customer service experience is a plus
