Job Title: BPO Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively while supporting overall business goals and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update databases as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution, appointment confirmation, or order completion.
- Achieve daily and weekly call, conversion, and quality targets.
