Job Description

Tandoor Chef

Responsible for preparing and cooking tandoor-based dishes such as breads and grilled items. Ensures proper marination, temperature control of the tandoor, and consistent taste and presentation.


Bakery Chef

Prepares baked goods including breads, pastries, desserts, and cakes. Maintains quality, follows recipes precisely, and ensures hygiene and freshness of all bakery items.


Chinese Cuisine Chef

Handles preparation of Chinese dishes like stir-fries, noodles, and sauces. Ensures authentic flavors, proper wok techniques, and fast-paced service during operations.


Indian Cuisine Chef

Prepares a variety of Indian dishes including curries, gravies, and regional specialties. Maintains traditional taste, manages spices, and ensures consistency in quality.


Continental Cuisine Chef

Prepares Western dishes such as grills, pastas, and salads. Focuses on presentation, portion control, and maintaining international standards of cooking and plating.
