Job Description

The Television/Telecom CSR will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding TV packages, billing. The role requires delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries regarding channel subscriptions, pricing, promotions, and service upgrades.

Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and disputes professionally.

Promote premium channel packages, upgrades, or bundling options to enhance customer value.

Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends.


Skills & Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus.
  3. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
