Head - Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Head to join our team. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our financial services company. You will lead a team to ensure smooth operations, manage accounts, and handle various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations team

- Oversee accounts management

- GST return filing

- Brokerage calculation

- Payment processing

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Stakeholder management

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 5-7 years of experience in financial services or related field

- Strong accounting and financial management skills

- Experience in GST return filing and brokerage calculation

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
